2011 / 2012 saw CAPS continue to grow and to continue to develop their product portfolio.
A successful 2011/2012 saw CAPS install battery handling equipment with major companies up and down the UK. Key success at Poundworld, Philips, United Biscuits, Kuhne & Nagel have aided CAPS in developing further product lines.
The 2011/2012 major success was to partner STILL in their replacement MHE program for United Biscuits. STILL successfully won the contract in 2011 as sole supplier for United Biscuits and with CAPS as a partner replaced battery change equipment across 10 UB sites. CAPS ability to offer turnkey solutions and to project manage these installations, meant that STILL could leave CAPS to focus on the detail of the battery areas and STILL could focus on fulfilling the rest of their agreed contract.
For any customer, the decision to change MHE supplier is not taken lightly. This decision is made even more difficult when the battery area needs replacing too. CAPS understand this, and have the ability to project manage the changeover, with old supplier, new supplier, customer and any other contractors (such as electricians) to ensure battery areas are changed quickly and hassle free.

These major installations have given CAPS more and more understanding of individual customers requirements and in doing so have modified our products to offer the best possible product range to the customer.
